This solution is designed for loading/unloading vehicles at facilities with no height difference.

Comprised of:

• Lifting table with a manual or automatic front lip, plus support frame.
• Support frame supplied and installed while constructing the pit.
• Flexible shelter that provides protection from the weather when loading/unloading trucks.
• Sectional door that closes down to the floor, with a window and automatic or manual operation.
• Rubber bumpers to stop trucks from banging against the lifting table. The bumpers are supported by two bars embedded in the ground.
• Alignment barriers to ensure truck’s dock in the loading bay correctly before loading/unloading.

In this kind of loading dock, given that the platform is raised from the ground up to the vehicle’s bed –approximately 1,200 mm– it must be fitted with lateral guardrails and access doors to prevent different-level falls of people or objects.
