Hydraulic dock leveller with telescopic lip.
The front of the leveller platform features a 1‑metre telescopic lip that extends beyond the leveller when activated in order to bridge the gap to the vehicle’s bed.
This design means the sectional door can be fully closed in front of the dock leveller, thus providing unbeatable thermal and hygienic insulation.

These hydraulic dock levellers are intended for installation in a pit and with a height difference of around 1.20 m between the warehouse floor and exterior.
The MSRHR-20/25, with a 6,000 kg load capacity, is our standard hydraulic dock leveller with telescopic lip.
It is 2,000 mm wide and ideal for loading/unloading trucks and trailers of all shapes and sizes.
The MSRHR-20/25 is 2,500 mm deep, while the telescopic lip adds a further 1.000 mm, giving 3,500 mm in total. Designed to bridge gaps of ±350 mm.
When retracted, our dock levellers are perfectly flush with the warehouse floor, so forklifts can pass across effortlessly.
Galvanised steel adjustable bumpers: Built with durable external steel plates and rubber linings. Adjustable vertically and in the direction of compression. Dimensions: 300 mm x 450 mm x 125 mm.

Barriers to ensure vehicles take up the correct position when parking in the loading dock. Embedded in the floor for solid installation. Painted with yellow stripes for high visibility.
