Free-standing door frame.
Flexible panels constructed from internally reinforced plastic.
Top drum actioned by an electric geared motor.
Control panel run by a PLC and variable-frequency drive.
Transparent plastic windows.
Opening speed: 2 m/s.
Frame built in stainless, galvanised or painted steel.
Emergency stop button.
Safety measures: photocell barrier and safety strip on bottom edge.
Open with a button from either side.
Different opening mechanisms available depending on usage requirements.

DIMENSIONS

Quicksystem doors are tailor-made to fit the opening: width x height.

Widths from 0.9 to 5 m.

Heights of 2 to 5.5 m.

The drum occupies an additional 50 cm in the space above Quicksystem doors.

The frames take up 20 cm on each side.

The motor and control panel can be placed on either side.

Stainless steel AISI-304L: the entire frame, drum, bearings, reinforcements, and all the internal mechanisms, as well as the control panel. Perfectly suited to meat, fish, precooked meal, pharmaceutical, chemical sectors, and any industry in general with a high risk of corrosion.

Galvanised: entire frame built from galvanised steel, metal control panel (painted finish), suitable for general industrial use.
