Our new tiltable pallet inverter, built entirely from stainless steel, is the perfect solution for preparing pallets of frozen food for dispatch.
Significant reductions in handling and transit times for pallets of frozen foodstuffs, from their storage in cold stores to the moment they are loaded in refrigerated containers. Achieve rapid, efficient distribution without manual product handling, thereby adding value to the supply chain.
The pallet is tilted into a horizontal position, then the clamp is released slightly so the freezer separator plates can be removed quickly and easily. This minimises the risk of injuries as there is no need to handle loads manually. The pallet is returned to vertical and ready to be dispatched without having to re-palletise the load manually.
Freezer separator plates are placed between layers to help cold air reach all the boxes and ensure uniform freezing.
We don’t just tip them, we also tilt them. With the pallet in a horizontal position, it is tilted 15° to one side, resulting in perfectly organised and aligned boxes. This has the benefit of minimising manual handling and improving product presentation.
We have reduced the risk of impacts and reinforced the feet with bumpers. Any drainage slopes in the floor can be resolved thanks to the articulated, height-adjustable feet. Our design provides unobstructed loading and unloading from either the side or front.
The hydraulic pallet extractor streamlines pallet changes. No need to withdraw the frozen pallet manually.
Frozen products slide smoothly during the tipping and tilting steps thanks to the plastic surface. The clamping system has both lateral and rear guides.
