Our dock levellers are the ideal solution for receiving and dispatching goods, producing a seamless fit between the truck and warehouse with maximum safety, speed and efficiency.

MS Metalsystem produces all the equipment and accessories used with loading docks.

We manufacture three kinds of levellers/lifting tables, each as robust and reliable as the last:

Hydraulic dock leveller: this is our standard model featuring a hinged lip that opens and bridges the gap to the truck.
Dock leveller with telescopic lip: designed for dust-tight docking system, equipped with a telescopic lip that extends 1 metre beyond the main platform.
Lifting table: for same-level loading docks or for unloading from vehicle beds at different heights.

Besides their robust build, our levellers and lifting tables fitted with safety devices to prevent falls in case the vehicle accidentally leaves the dock.

Different options are available for each model, such as the build materials, dimensions and load capacities.

For a perfect seal around dock levellers:

Sectional doors: provide excellent waterproofing, and open and close vertically.
Flexible dock shelters: protect the warehouse from temperature variations and draughts.
Inflatable dock shelters: achieve a high degree of thermal and hygienic insulation.

ACCESSORIES

Galvanised steel adjustable bumpers: Built with durable external steel plates and rubber linings. Adjustable vertically and in the direction of compression. Dimensions: 300 mm x 450 mm x 125 mm.

Reinforced adjustable bumpers: Built with durable external steel plates and rubber linings. Adjustable vertically and in the direction of compression. Dimensions: 300 mm x 450 mm x 125 mm.

Rubber bumpers Rubber profile with an inner steel reinforcement and fastening hardware. Dimensions: 120 mm x 500 mm x 110 mm.

Barriers to ensure vehicles take up the correct position when parking in the loading dock. Embedded in the floor for solid installation. Painted with yellow stripes for high visibility.

CONTROL PANEL STAND

Convenient stand for supporting dock leveller or lifting table control panels.

COJINES DE ESTANQUEIDAD

TELESCOPIC BUMPERS

Doorstops to prevent the trailer doors closing while loading/unloading the vehicle.

TRAFFIC LIGHTS

Red–amber–green traffic lights, so the driver knows when to remain stationary and when is clear to leave.

BUMPERS IN BARS

Rubber bumpers supported by two bars embedded in the ground to stop trucks from banging against the lifting tables.
