ADVANTAGES
The INDOCK loading system is theideal solution for receiving and dispatching fresh foodstuffs from trucks.
It streamlines the loading and unloading of goods, while providing a high level of seal and insulating the warehouse from the exterior, both when in use and closed.
The INDOCK loading system design means container doors are opened/closed from inside the plant. This increases food safety by not opening the truck doors before they are placed on the platform, preventing the possible entry of contamination. And it also avoids possible accidents due to the fact that there are no people in front of the loading dock.
Furthermore, the warehouse benefits from greater insulation because:
The retractable lip allows the sectional door to close in front of the dock leveller, so there are no gaps between the sides of the leveller and exterior.
The inflatable shelter provides an excellent seal due to its perfect fit around the truck’s perimeter, which is much tighter than flexible shelters.
The cushions at the bottom of the shelter seal the gap between the door and truck.
The sequence of operations is controlled from a single control panel: traffic lights, door, shelter, dock leveller, telescopic bumpers.
All components are manufactured in stainless or galvanised steel to reduce the risk of corrosion.
Dock leveller model MSRHR. With a 1,000 mm telescopic front lip that slides out horizontally from underneath when the dock leveller is activated.
Inflatable shelter model MS-AHI 36/38. Top and sides built from micro-rib sandwich panels, RAL 9006 and white on the inside. Equipped with inflatable cushions at the top and on the sides.
Sectional door model MSSEC 3000 x 3700. The doors are made from 40 or 80 mm thick sandwich panels, comprising two sheets of galvanised and painted steel plate filled with expanded polyurethane.
TELESCOPIC BUMPERS
Built from structural steel tubes, with high-strength polyurethane bumpers. They absorb the impact of trucks when docking in the INDOCK loading system and can be moved vertically, by means of a hydraulic drive, from the system’s control panel.
SYNCHRONISATION CONTROL PANEL
A single control panel is used to operate all the components in the dock. Ensures synchronised control of each of the components and in the correct sequence.
Quicksystem high-speed door for separating the loading/unloading area from handling and processing areas. Ideal for areas with continuous transit, thanks to the speed and simplicity of its opening/closing.
COJINES DE ESTANQUEIDAD
Cojines aislantes que evitan el paso de aire en la parte inferior de los abrigos. Foam padding with a PVC coating. Supplied with installation supports.
Barriers to ensure vehicles take up the correct position when parking in the loading dock. Embedded in the floor for solid installation. Painted with yellow stripes for high visibility.
