GROUND-LEVEL-TO-TRUCK LOADING DOCKS

Dock levellers are installed on a metal base frame. Can be installed directly into loading docks without any construction work.

ALUMINIUM GANGWAYS

Ground-level-to-truck loading dock combined with a hydraulic dock leveller, for use in warehouses constructed without a height difference.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Main METAL STRUCTURE forms a fixed ramp from the ground floor up to the height of the vehicle bed.
  • Maximum load capacity of up to 6 t.
  • Dimensions: 2,400 mm wide × 14,420 mm long.
  • 10% gradient.
  • Guardrails on both sides to prevent falls.


HYDRAULIC DOCK LEVELLER:

  • Built in RAL-5011 painted steel.
  • Maximum load capacity of 6,000 kg.
  • Platform dimensions: 2,000 × 2,500 mm.
  • Up stroke: 750 mm. Down stroke: 330 mm.
  • 1.5 CV motor, integrated push button control panel, 24 V operation, emergency stop button.
  • 380 V, three-phase, electro-hydraulic actuator system.
  • Complete set of rubber or reinforced steel bumpers.

  • Lateral guardrails available for levellers that extend outward.
  • Lateral gangways for extra wide access to the vehicle.
  • Embedded in the rest of the loading dock.
  • Compatible for loading/unloading trucks with a rear platform.

Aluminium gangways for loading docks, manual operation.

The gangways are fixed to a support rail, which must be embedded in the end of the dock platform.

Alternatively, our gangways can slide sideways along the support rail.
