Hydraulic dock levellers with hinged lips.
The front of the leveller platform is equipped with a 40 cm lip that opens in order to bridge the gap to the vehicle’s bed.
It is one of the most popular dock leveller designs, for use exclusively in loading bays with a height difference.
Our hinged lip dock leveller is manufactured using various materials depending on the risk of corrosion; specifically, stainless, galvanised and painted steel plus combinations thereof.

Height difference from exterior:
These hydraulic dock levellers are intended for installation in a pit and with a height difference of around 1.20 m between the warehouse floor and exterior.
Standard model:
The standard model for a hinged lip dock leveller is MSRH-20/25, 6.000 kg.
It is 2,000 mm wide and ideal for loading/unloading trucks and trailers of all shapes and sizes.
The MSRH-20/25 is 2,500 mm deep, while the hinged lip adds a further 400 mm, giving 2,900 mm in total. Designed to bridge gaps of ± 310 mm.
Hatch pit:
The hatch pit is necessary to load trucks with rear platform.
The rear platform of the truck is located in the bottom of the ramp during loading or unloading.
Galvanised steel adjustable bumpers: Built with durable external steel plates and rubber linings. Adjustable vertically and in the direction of compression. Dimensions: 300 mm x 450 mm x 125 mm.

Rubber bumpers Rubber profile with an inner steel reinforcement and fastening hardware. Dimensions: 120 mm x 500 mm x 110 mm.
Barriers to ensure vehicles take up the correct position when parking in the loading dock. Embedded in the floor for solid installation. Painted with yellow stripes for high visibility.
Dock levellers are installed on a metal base frame. Can be installed directly into loading docks without any construction work.
